Ethan Edwards
Ethan Edwards draws on more than 25 years of industry experience as an e-learning instructional designer and developer. He is responsible for the delivery of the internal and external training and communications that reflect Allen Interactions’ unique perspective on designing and developing meaningful and memorable e-learning programs. Edwards is the primary instructor for ASTD’s e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate Program. In addition, he is an internationally recognized speaker on e-learning instructional design. He is a primary blogger on Allen Interactions’ e-Learning Leadership Blog and has published several white papers on creating effective e-learning. Ethan holds a master’s degree and significant doctoral work in educational psychology from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.

Chris Tratar is senior Director, product marketing, at Saba Software. Chris has been in the enterprise software industry for over 15 years bringing to market several industry leading solutions with Taleo, Vista Technology Group and JD Edwards. In his current role for Saba’s Talent Management solutions, Chris studies the trends in talent management processes and technologies that help organizations build high performance work places, such as social performance, on-boarding, development-driven performance, talent mobility, workforce planning, and builds performance driven cultures to drive business results. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Business from DePaul University in Chicago
