He is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, M&A, and leading key internal growth initiatives. Prior to joining Skillsoft, Rob was a Senior Principal at the Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory based in Boston, where he spent 7 years. Prior to Parthenon, Mr. Lawrence was a Manager at Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on helping clients execute strategy. Mr. Lawrence received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Katy Colletto Katy has been driving product, strategy and thought leadership initiatives with HumanConcepts for the past five years. In her role as director of marketing programs she engages with customers, partners and industry analysts to track and communicate best practices and trends that help the HR organization achieve success. Prior to HumanConcepts she managed global marketing teams at Mindjet, Oracle, BT.
